      What happens after I sign up for my free potty?

      We will ship your potty to you (in the USA only) within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info upon ordering. Depending on where you live, and possible carrier delays, you should receive it within a week or so.

      What color potty will I get?

      Since we are giving away free potties (and lots of them!), we will select a color of our choice depending on what we have most of (grey, sage green, lavender, peach, or turquoise).


      Trust us, they are all gorgeous and fit with any decor!


      However, if you have a specific request, please email us at mamas@godiaperfree.com within 30 minutes of your order to make that request...no guarantees but it's worth asking!

      Which potty should I choose?

      I highly recommend the top hat potty for ages 0-12 months - especially ages 0-6 months.

      The mini potty is great for any age (you can hold a newborn over it, but don’t let baby sit unassisted until s/he can do so independently) - this potty is super short, encouraging independence and a deep squat, both which are key to comfortable and successful potty training completion.

      What exactly am I signing up for?

      Is this all really FREE? What's the catch?

      Since having my 6th baby and getting her out of diapers by walking too, I wanted to simplify my store at Go Diaper Free WHILE providing all the step-by-step courses and minicourses you will need to have the same success…at a massively discounted price.


      No catch - I just know that some parents quit because they didn’t hear the exact steps, tips, and tricks directly from my mouth - so that changes now!

      What if I already have a potty or don't need one?

      I personally believe there’s no such thing as too many potties so put the extra mini potty in another room or in the car or at grandma’s house or daycare.

      Who is the All Access Pass for?

      If you have an infant or toddler in diapers, this is for you! If you’re pregnant, this is for you, too.


      If you’ve got accidents and want to figure out what’s wrong, this is for you so you can re-do potty training with my brand new potty training program (release date: September 2024).


      Whether you have my book or not, the All Access Pass will help you start, troubleshoot, and complete the ec or potty training process with any age child.

      I don’t have much time. Are the courses a lot of work / time consuming?

      Nope. The greatest thing about the All Access Pass is that I’ve created a simple roadmap for each age range - just follow along and take ONLY the trainings you need.


      An “if X happens, take Y” kinda thing.


      You should not expect to take every single training, however if you hit a stumbling block, they are there waiting for you!


      The introductory classes run about 45-60 minutes each.


      The programs run about an hour each, plus the optional, specific troubleshooting sections.


      The minicourses run about an hour each, plus the optional bonus footage (potty time in action!).

      How does the 14 day free trial work for the All Access Pass?

      When you checkout on the next page you’ll enter in your billing information to cover shipping & handling for your potty.

      After checking out, you will receive a few emails containing instant access to our Thrivecart course website where you can begin the All Access Pass immediately, and use your Tiny Undies Buyers Club code immediately.

      Then, in 14 days we will automatically charge your card on file unless you cancel before that date. Your card will be charged $12 once every month from there on out.

      I only need info on “X”…can I just purchase that minicourse separately?

      Our courses are no longer available individually, however, our monthly fee of $12 is less than half what we previously sold the minicourses for $27), so join for 2 months, learn, and cancel if you want to…that would save you $3 anyway.

      Does the Pass include personalized coaching?

      No, the All Access Pass does not include coaching. It is a stand-alone, take at your own pace, learning platform.

      If you want to work with one our Certified Coaches, get a copy of either Go Diaper Free (0-18mos) or The Tiny Potty Training Book (18mos+) and you’ll be invited into our private coach-run support groups to get immediate personalized help!

      Does the Pass include a support group?

      No, the All Access Pass does not include a support group.

      It is a stand-alone, take at your own pace, learning platform. If you want to join our coach-led support groups, get a copy of either Go Diaper Free (0-18mos) or The Tiny Potty Training Book (18mos+) to get looped in.

      What if I already own all your courses / some of your courses?

      We recently transitioned former course owners to our new Thrivecart Learn+ learning platform - if you didn’t get transitioned pls email us at mamas@godiaperfree.com.

      If you already own our full Premium Course Pack, email us and we’ll send you complimentary lifetime access to the Pass where you’ll gain the roadmaps and 3 extra quick start classes.

      If you own some, but not all, of our courses, you will see those in the Thrivecart Learn+ access we sent you previously - check your email and spam folders!

      If you want any of the other courses, you will have to subscribe to our All Access Pass to gain access to them, but your current catalog will remain yours.
