As an authorized affiliate of GoDiaperFree.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting GoDiaperFree as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals referred to GoDiaperFree by your own website, social media channels or personal referrals.
By signing up for the Go Diaper Free Affiliate Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Application:
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
2. Commissions:
A qualified purchase is considered any purchase of books or bump products at GoDiaperFree.com. There is no limit to the amount of referral rewards you can earn and referral rewards will accrue with every eligible friend you refer. You can track your referral rewards by visiting

If two people refer the same friend, the friend who sent the link that is used to make the final purchase will be considered the referring friend, regardless of which link was sent to the new member first.
You will only receive a referral reward for your friend's qualified purchase if the purchase was a result of an invite from you using your authorized referral link or use of your coupon code. If your friend does not click on the personal referral link, you may not receive a referral reward and we will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase resulted from your referral.
You may not use spam or send unsolicited emails to people you don't personally know to collect referral rewards and you may not collect referral rewards by posting on message boards or other online venues if it is in violation of such venues' terms of use. You may not purchase googl
Tracking of your authorized referral link involves the use of cookies. If your friend blocks cookies in a web browser, the tracking will not work (most people accept cookies, but we can not guarantee that everyone does). The cookie is valid for 90 days, so any purchase made within that 90 days through your referral link will result in a referral reward for you. Again, we can not guarantee that cookies will be accepted by every individual who clicks your link.
3. Payments
Affiliates must have a business PayPal account linked to their account in ThriveCart.
Commissions will be paid automatically 30 days after the sale is completed.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in charge backs, returns or refunds will not be paid out.
4. Paid Advertising and Coupon and Deal Sites:
The Affiliate agrees not to use paid search engine marketing (SEM), including but not limited to Google Ads, or any other form of paid advertising to promote the Products or Services associated with this Affiliate Program. Specifically, the Affiliate shall not bid on or target keywords that include the name of the brand, company, or any other trademarks associated with the business, nor use the brand name, trademarks, or any other proprietary terms in the paid ad content or on landing pages.
Affiliates are not allowed to generate pop ups to set affiliate cookies without express interest from a user.
Affiliates are not allowed to use coupon sites unless an agreement has been reached between affiliate and TinyUndies or Go Diaper Free.
5. Termination:
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Using paid search engine marketing or other forms of paid advertising
Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
Fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
In addition to the foregoing, Go Diaper Free reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
6. Affiliate Links:
You may use the graphics, text and content provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate.
7. Liability:
GoDiaperFree will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
8. Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any changes.
